1. Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased from SmartLockFixx within 30 days from the date of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been tampered with or damaged.
- You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Digital products or downloadable content.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
